Check-in and out
Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge — ask when you book. Every guest needs a government photo ID at check-in.
Changes of plan
Cancellations made more than 12 days before arrival receive a full refund or a 100% future stay voucher (a 10% processing fee applies to cash refunds). Between 6 and 12 days before arrival: a 50% refund or a 60% future stay voucher. Within 6 days of arrival: no refund is available. Bookings made through MakeMyTrip, Booking.com or other sites follow that site's policy.
Music, smoking and conduct
Music is allowed until 10 PM. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, never inside. Alcohol is allowed in designated areas. Drugs are not permitted, and any illegal activity is reported to the police. Day visitors are allowed only with prior permission.
Pool and jacuzzi
The pool and jacuzzi are for staying guests and are open from 8 AM to 8 PM. The pool is 4 feet deep. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and the jacuzzi is heated on request.
Animals
We are not able to host pets.
Rates and settlement
A booking is confirmed once full payment is received. A refundable security deposit is collected with the booking. Extras such as bonfires, barbecues and extra meals are settled at the property. All rates are in Indian Rupees; GST applies to food and beverages.
